Margaret River – it’s not just about wine and food. Try the caves.

Finished my stay in the Margaret River region – and went to visit Mammoth Cave and the stunning Lake Cave en route to Bunker Bay. I had always assumed that all caves were damp dark places filled with bats – based on those I have visited elsewhere but these are something else. When they said Lake Cave was the smallest I couldn’t believe how big it was nor how beautiful. When I visited Mammoth Cave I realized why it had its name. Yes it is the biggest but I’m not sure size matters – at least where caves are concerned?
